While enrolled in Human Kinetics at UBC Chad started in the industry that he has always had a passion for: Personal Training! Now, after over 10 years in the industry Chad is co-owner of Rep1 Fitness, a premier personal training studio.
If you have done any personal training on the West Side, or you are in the fitness industry, chances are you have met Mike Veinot. Mike’s humble beginnings started in PEI where he participated in a variety of sports and activities. But it was in Vancouver that Mike found his calling. Having trained now for over 14 years Mike is one of the most recognized faces in the industry in Vancouver. He is best known for his growly voice, numerous tattoos, and hard training style. Mike recently took that hard training style to the land of television where he trained the people from Taylor BC on “Village on a Diet”. Mike is the co-owner of Rep1 Fitness.
Scott is the man to watch on the training floor. Always leading with cutting edge routines and exercise flow Scott makes the hour pass in the blink of an eye. Originally schooled to be an accountant Scott made the switch 12 years ago to a lifetime of helping people with fitness. Scott’s past athletic background made the transition from numbers to fitness easy. A former volleyball and football star Scott has helped grow the Vancouver personal training industry by being a leader and mentor. This self-proclaimed ‘non-cyclist’ has done everything from winning adventure races to competing in seven day epic mountain bike races. President and founder of Fitness on the Go
Dan Mezheritsky is the president and founder of Fitness on the Go. Being a national team track and field athlete from 2003 to 2005, his passion for sport naturally grew into a passion for health and fitness. He started his journey of spreading this passion throughout Canada in 2005 with Fitness on the Go. He quickly found himself excelling in marketing and entrepreneurship. His business numbers had tremendous growth: generating $260,000 in his first 12 months, $850,000 in year three, and $1,800,000 by year 5.
Dan specializes in business development and franchises. He helps companies that are looking to expand take the right steps in order to grow quickly, and successfully.

Chris grew up in sunny Tsawwassen, where he excelled at many sports
such as soccer and basketball but Track and Field became his primary calling. Still holding various Provincial and National records today, Chris was a member of the Canadian Olympic Team as a sprinter and a long jumper and still competes as a Master today.
His coaching accolades are without question some of the most prestigious and decorated in the personal training industry. He has developed some of the most elite Olympic and professional athletes Canada has produced, hosted nutrition seminars for coaches and athletes alike, and also mentored and taught countless numbers of aspiring trainers on mobility and movement patterns.
Always being a natural leader with an infectious, positive attitude, one session with Chris and it is apparent that he has a unique ability to motivate and relate to his clients and colleagues, inspiring them to strive for their absolute best.
