Bootcamp/Circuit/Portable Equipment Training Course (12 hours)

Course Objectives

The objective of the bootcamp course is to teach the student the skills necessary to design and implement programs for partner training, small groups (3-4) as well as large classes such as boot camp and circuit style formats.

The emphasis of the course is on lesson planning, sequencing of exercises and enhancing motivation. The hands on component of this course will require you to design a bootcamp program for multiple people using limited equipment. Upon the completion of this course you will have the necessary skills to conduct your own fun, effective and profitable bootcamp.

In addition you will be able to:

  • Effectively add Band, Ball and Bosu to your training tool belt
  • Correctly apply any of these training tools in the right situation with each client
  • Progress clients from basic to advanced exercises with each training tool
